How do I book a session?
You can book your session with me by filling out the contact form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with further details and the next steps to officially secure your date!
What is required to book a session?
To book a session with me, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking to officially secure your date! The 30% deposit goes toward your overall session cost.
What time of day is best for photos?
My favorite time of day to take photos is in the evening time during golden hour. It gives your final images a soft and warm glow, rather than a super harsh look.
What should I wear?
The more neutral and muted colors, the better! Bright colors and distracting patterns can take away from your images. You want your main focus to be on the memories captured, not your outfits. Bright colors can also reflect bad light onto your skin, making your skin tone look off and much harder to work with!
How long do sessions last?
Sessions can last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on which package you purchased and location!
What is your turn around time?
My turn around time is around 2 weeks, but can be closer to 3 weeks if it is during my busy season! So make sure to book your sessions in advance if you know you'll need your final images back in time!
Do you Travel?
I do travel but as of now, I am only staying in Virginia! I require travel fees for anything over 20 miles away from my location, so contact me for a travel fee quote!
Do you give out unedited/ RAW photos?
Nope! Part of what makes my style unique is my editing process. By giving out my unedited photos, it is a bad representation of my brand and what my style truly is, so I only deliver the final, fully edited images.
How will i receive my photos?
You will receive your photos in an online gallery that will be sent to your email. From there, you'll be able to download them to your devices as you wish. Please make sure to follow the correct downloading instructions in order to preserve the quality of your images!
Can I bring props or pets?
Absolutely!! I love when my clients bring along things with them to make their sessions extra special. Just ask!
What is your reschedule policy?
I understand life happens and things can get in the way of our session. If the weather is bad on the day of your session, I have no problem with rescheduling to a later available date!
